So... the box showed up looking a little beat up, but thankfully everything inside was totally fine. I think it could’ve used a bit more padding, but nothing was damaged.

It ran fine the first time I took it out, but after that it started jamming way too much. I was expecting it to be more reliable, so it was disappointing overall.

I just needed a small replacement part and was expecting it to be a hassle, but they had it in stock and got it to me quickly. The whole issue was preventable if I’d replaced it sooner, but I’m glad finding the part ended up being this easy

I keep coming back to Palmetto State Armory because they’ve got a ton of stuff to choose from. Parts, ammo, gear, random accessories — I can usually find most of what I need without having to bounce around five different sites.
Stuff does go out of stock fast sometimes, but there’s usually something else worth checking out. The site is easy enough to browse, which helps. I’ll be honest though, I’m always a little skeptical about dealing with customer service anywhere, so I try to make sure I know exactly what I’m ordering before I buy. Still, overall it’s been a solid experience for me.
