This is an update to my previous review of my transaction in March. The fulfillment center (Palmettostatearmory.com) did ship the firearm within 3 days of receiving the order. However, I never received an email informing of this, not even in my spam folder. The Charleston SC Palmetto State Armory store had the firearm for over a month without informing me. Palmettostatearmory.com customer service told me this store often does not contact the customers that the firearms have arrived. No apology, just this is how the business does things. When I arrived to the store I walked to where the firearms are located. An employee soon greeted me. I told him they had my firearm that I had ordered and they have had it for over a month without contacting me. He never apologized nor offered a reason as to why that might have happened. It's like that's just normal business. After completing the 4473, I was told it will take 15-20 minutes to have a response and I could browse the store. They would call my name over the speakers when they received a response. 45 minutes later I walked back to the firearms counter where customers complete the 4473. The employee told me my firearm wasn't there and it was probably up front at the cash register waiting to be finalized by me. At the cash register was another catastrophe that I will not go into here, but I will never shop at this store again nor will I ever buy from palmettostatearmory.com again.

All my orders came on time palmetto state armory hands down is the best they have the best guns parts accessories and ammunition I will only order from palmetto state armory

I ordered 1,000 rounds of 9mm for a weekend event. PSA screwed up and sent 800 rounds of 40 S&W which showed up a week before the event. PSA wouldn't ship me the 9mm I ordered and would only process a refund after I returned the 40 S&W. Thanks PSA for messing up the order and screwing me out of ammo that was needed.

they did a bait and switch on ar upgrade kits so i got a 70 dollar upgrade kit for 95 bucks. i just ordered the rest of what was supposed to be in the kit somewhere else and moved on with my life. i might order ammo through them again

I’ve made probably a dozen different orders with them over the years and they’ve ALWAYS been prompt, quality has been fantastic, and if something is missing they are quick to remedy it.

Plus they back all their PSA Brand items (in house products) with a lifetime guarantee.

It doesn’t get better than that

It has literally been over a month of phone calls and broken promises. My time is valuable so I decided that they can keep my refund money. They are lucky that I do not contact their local police economic crimes unit and federal government for wire fraud. I will never ever contact this company for as long as I continue living.

She quickly took care of my cancelation and was able to send me a confirmation immediately. Somehow an item that i purchased rang up incorrectly. To Make a long story short, Sadie one of the floor supervisors corrected the sale without issue. Thanks!

Excellent feedback on a function issue.PSA sent me RGA,no charge for shipping.Repaired gun in a timely fashion.Customer service was also helpful during phone conversation.
Reply to email was also very prompt.

Ordered a PSA dagger with five 15rd magazines and five 27rd magazines. When I picked up the order there was ten 15rd mags and no 27rd mags. Customer service was flawless, very kind agent and quickly solved the issue. PSA customer service doesn’t miss the mark, they’ll take care of you.

Fair price and deliver in a timely manner

PSA always does a great job. I wish two things, that are out of the control of PSA: Delivery was more predictable (UPS lost my ammo), and, products I want stay in stock. But the stuff I do have is great. I've only used customer service to ask questions but they are highly responsive. I will buy from PSA again for certain.
